Firefighters located a rubbish fire at 21378 Way of Joy. A homeowner, making improvements to his home, attempted to burn some rubbish in front of the residence. The smoke caught the attention of a neighbor. Firefighters ensured the fire was out and that no hot spots remained. A burn ban is in effect in the incorporated areas of the county.
