South Metro Commercial Fire

On June 6th, 2020 at 12:50 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a commercial structure fire at 391 Inverness Parkway. The first arriving units found heavy smoke and toned out a 2nd alarm. Firefighters were able to access the building and determined the fire was coming from a generator.  Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and determined no extension was made to the actual structure.  The second alarm was cancelled and first alarm units remained on scene for about an hour. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
