Westminster 2nd Alarm

On October 3rd, 2020 at approximately 16:05 Westminster Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire in the area of 7100 W. 92nd Lane. Engine 3 was first on scene with a working fire. A 2nd alarm was struck. Engine 3 connected their own water supply and pulled a line for defensive operations. Fire extended into the attic and a portion of the roof collapsed. Truck 2 arrived on scene, connected their water supply and deployed an aerial master stream. Engine 5 arrived and pulled a second line off Engine 3. Battalion 1 arrived on scene and assumed command. 92nd Ave. was shut down in both directions as crews had to run a supply line across the road.
