Denver Fatal MVA

At 13:37 on January 23rd, 2021 Denver Fire Department Rescue 1 responding code to a possible fire at 901 W. 14th Ave. was involved in a serious accident at Speer Blvd. & N. Broadway. One party was trapped and extricated from the vehicle, one pronounced on scene and two others were transported with unknown injuries. One firefighter was also evaluated for unknown injuries. Denver animal protection was called to the scene for a dog. E. 8th Ave. & N. Broadway was shut down and northbound Speer Blvd. for several hours for the investigation.
