Arapahoe County MVA

On June 20th, 2023 at approximately 16:30 South Metro Fire Rescue responded to a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries involving an Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Deputy on E. Quincy Ave. at the intersection with S. Himalaya St. Engine 23 arrived on scene and found two heavily damaged vehicles including a marked ACSO SUV. Both drivers were examined at thee scene and then transported by ambulance to local hospitals for further evaluation. The Deputy was responding with emergency lights on to another injury accident in the immediate area. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating.
