West Metro Structure Response

At 15:40 on September 26th, 2024 Jeffcom dispatched West Metro Fire Rescue to a possible motor vehicle collision in the 14000 block Crabapple Rd. in the Applewood neighborhood. Jeffcom upgraded the call to a structure collapse response with the technical rescue team. Engine 5 arrived to a vehicle into a home when the vehicle hit the side of the garage pushing through the brick wall. The team constructed a shore to support the wall, which allowed the garage to still be used by the homeowner. The driver was not injured. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
