Arvada Dryer Fire

On November 9, 2024 at approximately 13:05 Arvada Fire Protection District and West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at the Flats at Creekside Park, 5901 Pierce St. Units arrived on scene and found a small fire burning in a dryer. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and spent about twenty minutes airing out the building. No I injuries were reported and damage was confined to the dryer.
