Aurora Residential Structure Fire

On December 18th, 2024 at approximately 05:50 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at the Seville Covenant Controlled Community, 16086 E. Ithaca Place. Engine 6 arrive on scene and found smoke showing from an end unit of a multi-family residential structure. Crews were on scene over an hour extinguishing the fire, checking for extension and ventilating the building. One person was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for examination. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
