Commercial Structure Fire

On April 14th, 2024 at approximately 14:45 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire at 11000 E. Yale Ave. Units arrived on scene and found a fire in the elevator shaft. Firefighters were on scene about thirty minutes evacuating the business, extinguishing the fire, checking for extension and  ventilating the building. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
