Boulder County Wildland Fire
On November 20th, 2024 around 20:00 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department responded to approximately the 2000 block of Flagstaff Rd. for a possible wildland fire. Battalion 2590 advised of fire on the side of the mountain off Baseline and requested additional resources. Crews arrived and found fire on a steep hill off the roadway above the Boulder Star and was able to contain it quickly. The fire burned about 200 x 200 feet.
