South Metro Vehicle vs Garage

On November 24th, 2024 at approximately 09:45 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a car vs building at the Copper Steppe Apartments, 10409 Vienna Street in Douglas County. Firefighters arrived on scene and found that a Volkswagen Atlas crashed into a garage causing structural damage. Crews were on scene over an hour shoring the structure. No injuries were reported and the cause is being investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
