Structure Fire Training

On December 3rd, 2024 West Metro Fire Rescue, Arvada Fire Protection District and Fairmount Fire Protection District cadets held drills at the West Metro Fire Rescue Training Center, 3535 S. Kipling St. 25 firefighters trained with a confirmed 2nd alarm structure fire. Crews were on the last portion of their experience training on that day. Doug Hutchinson, who is the Training Chief at the training center and Captain Dave Harms of West Metro Fire Rescue Station 8 were both very courteous and obliging in allowing 5280Fire to take a few photos of the cadets, current fire fighters and exterior photos.
