South Metro Structure Fire

On April 7th, 2022 at approximately 15:45 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at 21731 Farmingdale Court in Parker. Parker Police arrived on scene and advised South Metro dispatch that the single-family residence was on fire. Engine 41 arrived on scene and found a working fire on the rear of the building that extended into the basement. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire and spent another thirty minutes conducting overhaul and ventilating the building. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
