South Metro Hazmat Response

On May 10th, 2025 at approximately 18:30 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a possible chemical leak at US Foods, 11955 E. Peakview Ave. in Centennial. The Department’s hazardous materials team and other firefighters were on scene about two hours ensuring the chemical was contained and not a hazard to the community.
