Arvada Structure Fire

Around 18:00 on October 23rd, 2025 Jeffcom 911 dispatched Arvada Fire Protection District and West Metro Fire Rescue to a reported structure fire in the 6400 block of Pierce St. Battalion 51 arrived to a small single-story residential with a working structure fire from the Charlie and Delta side. Engine 51 arrived and assigned to pulled a 1 3/4 for fire attack with Medic 51 and Truck 54 with the primary search. Engine 55 assisted with the water supply and Medic 16 assigned as medical group. The fire was put out around 18:15 and crews started an extended overhaul and investigation. All occupants safely evacuated and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
