Arvada Restaurant Fire

On March 3rd, 2026 at approximately 12:55 Arvada Fire Protection District and West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a commercial structure fire at 303 Ramen, 5725 Yukon St. in Olde Town Arvada. Jeffcom 911 advised 911 callers reporting possible electrical fire with smoke from the roof and attic of the building. Engine 51 arrived on scene to a small single-story restaurant with light smoke from the attic, pulled a 1 3/4 for fire attack with Medic 51 and secured their own water supply. Battalion 51 arrived and assumed command with a working attic fire and assigned Rescue 52 to split crews with the primary search and utilities. Engine 55 pulled a 2nd line off Engine 51 and Medic 16 as medical. The fire was quickly placed under control and crews worked on an extended overhaul. Investigators determined the fire originated in the attic and was caused by an improper electrical installation. No injuries were reported.
