Station 6 Open House The Westminster Fire Department hosted an open house at Station 6 on September 26th, 2015. The Department opened their doors to meet with the public, show off their apparatus and provide safety information. Flight for Life and the Westminster Police Department also participated in the event.

Genesee Open House Genesee Fire Rescue hosted their annual open house on September 26th, 2015. The public was invited to come meet with firefighters, check out the apparatus and enjoy a hot lunch, fresh off the grill. The Colorado State Patrol and Highland Rescue Team also participated in the event.

Denver Deadbeat Club Fire On September 25th, 2015 at approximately 16:30 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 4040 E. Evans Ave. Crews arrived on scene and found the old Deadbeat Nightclub engulfed in fire. Firefighters were on scene several hours tackling the blaze, mopping up hot spots and determining the cause.
