Byers Open House

The Byers Fire Protection District held their annual open house at Station 71 on April 28th, 2018. The department opened their doors so community members could meet with firefighters, check out the apparatus and enjoy a free lunch. The Arapahoe County Sheriff and Colorado State Patrol were also on hand to take back unused prescription medications and conduct free car seat safety checks. South Metro Fire Rescue (MetCom) Incident Dispatch Team set up their newest mobile communications truck and two Byers firefighters were promoted to lieutenant during the event.
