Mancos Fire Protection District, all-volunteer fire department covering 45 square miles in Montezuma County (Colorado) including the areas of Ancient Cedars, Bauer Lake, Boyle Park, Cedar Grove, Cedar Mesa, Chicken Creek, Four Corners, Jackson Gulch, Mancos River, Mancos Valley, Menefee Mountain, Mesa Verde National Park, Mud Creek, Riverwood, Sleeping Ute, Summit Reservoir & Weber Mountain. Mancos Fire Protection District has mutual-aid agreements with the Cortez Fire Protection District, Dolores Fire Protection District and Mesa Verde National Park Fire Management.

Mancos Fire Protection District is part of the Tri-State Firemen’s Association.

Mancos Ambulance Service provides ambulance transport service to the area which is part of the SouthWest Health EMS.
