Arvada Structure Fire

On February 8th, 2025 at 07:55 Jeffcom dispatched Arvada Fire Protection District and West Metro Fire Rescue to a reported structure fire in the 6000 block of Vivian Court. Engine 56 arrived to a working fire from a one-story single-family residence with fire from the Bravo-Charlie corner, pulled a line in for fire attack and secured their own water supply. Battalion 52 arrived and assumed command in the offensive strategy and assigned Medic 56 with medical. Engine 53 pulled a 2nd line and Truck 54 assigned with primary search and ventilation. Crews worked fire through the roof before getting it under control within 30 minutes. All occupants were safety evacuated with no injuries reported. Firefighters rescued a family dog and snake. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no other photos were available of this incident. Additional information provided by Arvada Fire Protection District
