Aurora Vehicle vs Building

On February 19th, 2025 at approximately 15:30 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident at 19333 E. Quincy Ave. Dispatch advised responding units that a vehicle had crashed into a Subway Sandwich Shop at that location. Firefighters arrived on scene and found that a Ram pickup truck crashed through the front of the business. Battalion Chief 3 advised that the driver walked away from the scene carrying a dog. Crews were on scene about 30 minutes neutralizing hazards and checking the stability of the structure. No injuries were reported and the Aurora Police Department is investigation the crash.
