Golden MVA

On May 20th, 2025 at 02:14 Golden Fire Department, Pleasant View Fire Department and Stadium Medical responded to a MVA in the area of C-470 between I-70 and W. Colfax Ave. Truck 24 arrived on scene to a single-vehicle on it’s side and started the extrication with Engine 41. Battalion 21 arrived and assumed command and crews were able to pop the windshield to get the patient out. The patient was treated and released on scene. Golden Police Department secured the scene, provided traffic control and the cause is under investigation. Additional information provided by Golden Fire Department
