Jefferson County Wildfire Safety Fair

Jefferson County and Xcel Energy hosted the Wildfire Safety Fair on March 22nd, 2025 at the Foothills Parks & Recreation Fieldhouse. Many participants presented resources to help the public prepare for and stay safe from wildfires; while others shared how their organizations are working to help stabilize the environment before and after wildfires. Participants included: West Metro Fire Rescue, Evergreen Fire Rescue, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Jefferson County Fire Management, Jefferson County Animal Control, Jefferson County Building Safety, USDA Forest Service, Denver Mountain Parks, Jefferson County Animal Control, Jefferson Conservation District, Xcel Energy, & 2-1-1 Services.
