Inter-Canyon Open House Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District held an open house on June 20th, 2009 at Station 1. The department invited the community to come out to meet with the local firefighters, check out the apparatus, learn safety information and submit an application to volunteer. The department covers 55 square miles in Jefferson County and has five stations.
24th Annual Fire Muster The Ralph Schomp Automotive Mile High Hook & Ladder Fire Parade & Muster was held on June 20th, 2009, this is the 24th year, the event started in 1985. The fire apparatus parade went down Littleton Blvd. in downtown Littleton, and ended at the Arapahoe Community College for the fire muster.
