Residential Structure Fire
On November 1st, 2008 at approximately 16:00 Grand Junction Fire Department was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire on the city’s south side. Crews arrived on scene and found heavy smoke and fire coming from a two-story, single-family home. Firefighters were on scene about two hours extinguishing the fire, mopping up hot spots and conducting overhaul. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
