Larkspur Motor Vehicle Crash

Larkspur Fire Rescue and Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Protection District were dispatched to a multi-car crash on northbound I-25 at mile marker 169 on September 9th, 2017. Emergency responders arrived on scene and found a three-vehicle crash with one car on its top in the middle of the highway. Firefighters went to work quickly evaluating the occupants for injuries and rendering the vehicles safe. Despite the heavy damage, no serious injuries were reported. The interstate was closed for approximately thirty minutes and partially blocked a lot longer causing significant traffic delays in the area.
