Aurora Polar Plunge 2018

A Saturday morning snowstorm didn’t deter hundreds of people from taking the plunge. The Polar Plunge was held at the Aurora Reservoir on February 10th, 2018. Local law enforcement officers, businesses, and community members braved the frigid waters to help raise funds for Colorado Special Olympics. Firefighters from Aurora Fire Rescue were on hand to ensure the annual event ran smoothly and safely.
