Donald Wescott Fire Protection District held their annual Safety Fair on May 11th, 2019 at Station 1 and neighboring Antelope Trails Elementary School in Gleneagle. The festivities included safety information, static displays, fire engine rides and lunch. A total of 11 agencies were represented at the fair with various others participated in the event including Black Forest Fire Protection District, Colorado State Patrol, El Paso County Sheriff, El Paso County HazMat Team, El Paso County Search & Rescue, El Paso Teller County 911 Authority, Black Hills Engery, Bonfils Blood Center, Centura Health Systems. Flight for Life, UCHealth LifeLine and American Medical Response.
