Mountain View Shed Fire

Around 17:30 on October 26th, 2020 Mountain View Fire Rescue responded to a possible residential structure fire in the 3600 block of Longview Rd. outside of Erie. Crews arrived to several structures on fire including a fully involved shed and started fire attack in the defensive mode. Additional tenders were requested to the scene for water shuttle operations. The shed was a total loss and a vehicle inside. Firefighters were able to get the fire out and prevent spread to a nearby residence. No injuries were reported and the fire cause is under investigation.
