Simulated Crash Drill

On September 20th, 2022 a simulated aircraft drill was held at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport that tested the response capabilities of responders and airport staff. The simulated aircraft crash involved medical care and transport of multiple patients, fire attack and control, interior search and rescue and a unified incident command post. The drill is required by the FAA as part of an annual certification process for the airport and LFRA’s aircraft firefighting and rescue program. Information provided by Loveland Fire Rescue Authority
