Residential Structure Fire

On December 8th, 2022 just before 13:00 Pueblo Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Jones Ave. and Carteret Ave. on a reported residential structure fire. 9-1-1 callers reported smoke from a residence on the south side of Jones Ave. Engine 34 arrived to find white smoke showing from the roof of a small single story residential structure and pulled an 1 3/4 cross lay for a quick attack. Engine 33 quickly caught the plug at the corner and supplied Engine 34 with water. Chief 3 arrived and took command while crews searched for the source of the smoke. A small fire was located and crews made a knock. Overhaul was completed on the extension of the fire and loss was stopped. Additional information provided by Code 4 Photography
