2nd Alarm Structure Fire

On February 11th, 2023 at 19:09 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at the Parliament Apartments, 4363 S. Quebec St. in Hampden South. Units arrived on scene and found heavy fire coming from the third floor of the building and quickly called for a second alarm. Multiple floors were evacuated and firefighters were able to rescue several family pets including a dog and bunny. Units were on scene over an hour extinguishing the fire, conducting overhaul and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported. Denver Fire arson investigators and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are investigating.
