Wildland Fire Preparedness Open House

Loveland Fire Rescue Authority hosted a Wildland Fire Preparedness Open House at Station 7 on May 21st, 2022. LFRA and their regional response partners provided an educational program on wildfire prevention and preparedness including how to create a defensible space around homes or businesses. Berthoud Fire Protection District, Thompson Valley EMS, Glen Haven Area Volunteer Fire Department, Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department, Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and ControlUCHealth LifeLine, Larimer County Sheriff Wildland Crew, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Larimer County Office of Emergency Management, Larimer County Natural Resources, Fort Collins Natural Areas Ranger, CO Fire Aviation, Colorado State Forest Service, U.S. Forest Service, Colorado State Patrol and others also participated in the event.
