West Metro Commercial Fire

On February 11th, 2026 at 14:51 West Metro Fire Rescue Engine 4 responded to a commercial fire alarm at 13035 W. Alameda Parkway in Lakewood. Jeffcom 911 advised from 911 caller that smoke showing from the roof with fire alarms and the call was upgraded to a structure fire response. Engine 4 arrived on scene to a single-story strip mall with nothing showing with alarms in two different units. Engine 3 set-up for the water supply and District 2 assumed command on the Alpha-Bravo corner. Crews found light smoke inside and Tower 2 went to the roof. After further investigation, it was determined to be an HVAC issue and recommended building maintenance to be contacted for a resolve. No reported injuries.
