On February 25th, 2026 at approximately 15:35 Arvada Fire Protection District and West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a possible structure fire at 5352 Allison St. at te AVi at Olde Town. Jeffcom 911 advised 911 caller reporting smoke in the hallway on the 3rd floor. Engine 51 arrived to a four-story multi-family structure with nothing showing and started the investigation. Battalion 52 arrived on scene and assumed command in the offensive strategy. Engine 55 arrived and assigned to assist Engine 51 with the investigation and Engine 16 to setup with the water supply and prepared to supply the FDC. Truck 54 split the crew with truck operations if needed and to assist with finding the location of the fire and Medic 52 setup for medial. Crews found an oven fire on a 3rd floor unit and requested to supply the standpipe from Engine 16. Evacuations of the 3rd floor with Arvada Police officers and command requested a 2nd alarm due to the size of the building with evacuations. Crews worked in heavy smoke conditions and evacuations of all 4 floors. Medic 52 transported one patient with unknown injures to a local hospital. The fire was put under control and crews worked on an extended overhaul. Additional information provided by Arvada Fire Protection District
