Denver Building Collapse

On March 23rd, 2016 at approximately 11:00 Denver Fire Department was dispatched to a reported building collapse at 2028 W. 44th Ave. Firefighters arrived on scene and found that part of a residence collapses due to heavy snow and wind. The building, which was built in 1891, sustained structural damaged. Crews were on scene about two hours shoring up the structure. No injuries were reported.

Units on Scene: Chief 6, Engine 1, Engine 7, Tower 1, Truck 12, Rescue 1, Hamer 1 & Collapse Rescue
