Golden Vehicle Into Water

On October 14th, 2025 at approximately 03:53 Golden Fire Department and Stadium Medical responded to a reported vehicle in clear creek off Hwy. 6 in Clear Creek Canyon. Units arrived on scene to find a single-vehicle in the water with one person trapped inside the vehicle. Crews set a recon team over the edge to make patient contact and worked to extricate the patient. An uphaul system was set up to bring the patient safely to Medic 21. The patient was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. Information provided by Golden Fire Department
