E-470 Fatal MVA

On April 26th, 2026 at approximately 12:55 Aurora Fire Rescue were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on eastbound E470 just west of Gartrell Rd. Dispatch advised responding units that a vehicle had rolled over and that a person may be trapped. Firefighters arrived on scene and found that a small pickup truck had run off the right side of the road, ran through a fence and rolled. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. Aurora Fire was called back to the scene about two hours later to assist with the removal of a portion of the fence so the vehicle could be removed.
