South Metro Vehicle vs Structure MVA

On July 17th, 2026 at approximately 23:55 South Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported vehicle vs a structure MVA at Spring Creek Park, 4100 South Himalaya Street. Station 23 arrived on scene to find that a vehicle had run off the road and struck the stone wall of building in the park. No injuries were reported but the structure required shoring. Crews were on scene about an hour shoring the structure. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash.
