Around 22:00 on February 6th, 2012 Brighton Fire Rescue District responded to a structure fire at 25200 E. 152nd Ave. at Harvest Rd. Crews arrived to heavy fire showing, and rescued one family dog from the fire. Crews found fire in the attic area and got the fire out with an extensive overhaul. One firefighter from Hudson Fire Protection District was transport to a local hospital with unknown injuries. The fire cause is under investigation. Thornton Fire Department, North Metro Fire Rescue & Hudson Fire Protection District responded with mutual-aid.
