Evergreen Health & Safety Day

Evergreen Fire Rescue held their 19th Annual Health and Safety Day at Station 2 on August 26th, 2017. Community members came out in force to enjoy pancakes, meet with firefighters, and learn valuable safety information. Festivities included a bike rodeo, fire truck rides, extinguisher services, sidewalk CPR and a blood drive. Genesee Fire Rescue, the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control, the Alpine Rescue Team, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado State Patrol and RTD Police Department also participated in the event.
