Pleasant View Building Fire

At 10:41 on November 20th, 2020 Pleasant View Fire Department, Golden Fire Department, Fairmount Fire Protection District and Stadium Medical were dispatched to a commercial structure fire in the area of W. Colfax Ave. and Moss St. Engine 41 and Truck 41 arrived on scene to find a single story medium sized vacant structure with smoke showing, working fire in the offensive strategy and set up Colfax Command. Engine 41 stretched a crossly to the alpha side for fire attack. Truck 41 completed search ahead of the hose line and fire recon. Battalion 23 arrived on scene and assumed command. Fire was located on the ceiling in the Alpha-Bravo corner. Truck 31 completed vertical ventilation, Engine 24 assisted with overhaul and Medic 22 set up for medical group and rehab. Chief 41 arrived on scene along with Golden Chief 22 and Prevention 23 to assist with the investigation. No injuries were reported. Additional information provided by Pleasant View Fire Department
