Evergreen Structure Fire

On January 9th, 2025 at 01:25 Jeffcom 911 dispatched Evergreen Fire Protection District to a reported outside fire in the 26000 block of Mesa Dr. Engine 132 enroute requested mutual-aid with a header. Crews arrived to a working structure fire from a one-story fully involved large detached outbuilding and started fire attack with defensive operations. Crews got the fire out at 02:01 and started an extended overhaul and investigation. The rest of the response and mutual-aid was cancelled. The building is a total loss. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
