Florissant Structure Fire

At 23:32 on October 1st, 2025 Teller County 911 received reports of a building on fire at 17801 Teller County Rd. 1 in Florissant. Teller County Sheriff’s deputies were the first on scene and confirmed a working fire. Chief 50 arrived, established incident command, and advised heavy smoke and fire coming from the Alpha side of the building and upgraded the incident to a 2nd alarm. Once fire crews arrived, they made entry into the structure for fire attack and conducted a primary search. Crews found majority of the fire was in the front bar area near the fireplace. With extension along the wood floor, walls, ceiling, and attic. A primary search was completed with no victims found. Once the fire was knocked down crews began to overhaul the building.
