Golden Safety Day 2025

Golden Fire Department held their annual Safety & Preparedness Day on October 11th, 2025 at Station 1, 911 10th St. The community came out to enjoy food, face painting, jump house, learn about fire safety including grease fires, live fire demonstrations, tour the fire apparatus and meet up with first responders. Golden Police Department, Pleasant View Fire Department, Jeffcom911, American Red Cross, Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control, Stadium Medical, UCHealth, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Jefferson County Open Space, Our Front Porch Disaster Response & Recovery and others also participated in the event.
