Mount Galbraith Fire

On August 27th, 2025 Jeffcom 911 dispatched Golden Gate Fire Protection District, Golden Fire Department and Stadium Medical to a small wildland fire near Mount Galbraith. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Drone program helped located the fire before it became too large.  The fire burned around 500 square feet and the cause was from lightning.
