Littleton Nova Drive Fire
Littleton Residential Structure Fire
At 06:20 on April 23rd, 2017 Littleton Fire Rescue was dispatched a confirmed residential structure fire at 6477 West Nova Drive in Jefferson County. A plume was visible while companies were responding. First due Engine 13 sized up a small 2 story single family dwelling with defensive fire conditions and laid a supply line South Newland Street and West Nova Drive. Engine & Medic 13 advanced lines and started an exterior attack. Neighbors confirmed the home was vacant and command maintained a defensive strategy. Battalion Chief 1 assumed command and SAM10 was assigned as incident safety officer. Ladder 18 laid in from Nova Drive & South Lamar Court and set up for aerial master stream operations on the alpha side. The incident was quickly placed under control with no damage to exposures and no injuries.
