Around 14:35 on October 6th, 2018 South Adams County Fire Department responded to a MVA at E. 56th Ave. & Valentia St. Engine 22 arrived to a three vehicle MVA with heavy damage, and requested 2 additional ambulances. Crews worked the scene with multiple patients and Command requested another ambulance to the scene. E. 56th Ave. was closed in both directions for over an hour while crews cleaned up the intersection. The cause of the accident is under investigation by DPD.
