Station 3 Groundbreaking

On January 16th, 2021 Arvada Fire Protection District held a groundbreaking ceremony for the future Station 3 (Station 53). The station is dubbed the station of the future, and as such, children and grandchildren of current firefighters turned over the first scoops of dirt. The station is being built on the site of the old Station 3 at 7300 Kipling St. Members of the Arvada Honor Guard and Bags and Pipes participated in the ceremony as well with district board members, and other dignitaries attended the event.
