On May 30th, 2024 the Front Range Fire Consortium (FRFC) Academy Class 24-1 graduation was held with 43 recruits from 7 northern Colorado fire agencies including Boulder Fire-Rescue Department, Boulder Rural Fire Rescue, Front Range Fire Rescue, Longmont Fire Department, Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Mountain View Fire Rescue, and Platte Valley Fire Protection District. The new firefighters had their new badges pinned by friends and family and received their helmets. The Class participated in 15 weeks of classroom and drill ground training covering many aspects of firefighting and rescue work.
